用小白鼠效检羊猪流产衣原体灭活苗的试验 被引量：1

摘要 1981～1990年,我们用从甘肃、青海省的绵羊、山羊和猪分离到的流产衣原体制造羊流产衣原体灭活苗28批(以下简称羊灭活苗),350多万ml,免疫羊近100万只;试制猪流产衣原体灭活苗6批(以下简称猪灭活苗),30000多ml,免疫猪2000余头,室内外试验证明,对羊、猪衣原体性流产的预防效果显著。按《试行规程》要求,灭活苗的免疫效力要用本动物进行检验,我们在实践中体会到,这种检验方法比较繁杂费时,而且对试验动物的要求条件也比较苛刻。为了寻找简便方法,我们作了用小白鼠代替本动物检验羊、猪灭活苗免疫效力试验。
