摘要
目的研究复方丹参片联合核苷类抗病毒药物对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者纤维化指标及网织红细胞参数的影响,为治疗方式的选择提供参考依据。方法选取2011年12月-2014年10月于医院进行治疗的150例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各75例;对照组进行常规抗病毒治疗,观察组则以复方丹参片联合抗病毒药物进行治疗,比较两组患者临床指标,数据采用SPSS 15.0软件进行统计分析。结果治疗前两组患者的纤维化指标及网织红细胞参数差异均无统计学意义,而治疗后3、6个月及12个月观察组患者血清V型胶原(IV-C)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)及Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)水平均低于对照组,观察组的网织红细胞参数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参片联合核苷类抗病毒药物治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化效果相对更好,其对于该类患者的纤维化指标及网织红细胞参数均有积极的改善作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the influence of compound danshen tablet combined with antiviral drug for the fibrosis indexes and granulofilocyte parameters of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis,in order to provide evidence for the selection of treatment method.METHODS A total of 150 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in hospital from Dec.2011 to Oct.2014 were selected,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional antiviral therapy,and in observation group were treated with compound danshen tablet combined with antiviral drug,then the fibrosis indexes and granulofilocyte parameters of the two groups were compared.The data were analyzed by SPSS 15.0.RESULTS The fibrosis indexes and granulofilocyte parameters of the two groups before the treatment had no significant differences,while the serum IV-C,LN,HA and PCⅢ of observation group at third,sixth and twelfth month after the treatment were all lower than those of control group,and the granulofilocyte parameters were all lower than those of control group too（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe application effects of compound danshen tablet combined with nucleoside antiviral drugs in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis are relatively better,and it has more active improvement role for the fibrosis indexes and granulofilocyte parameters of patients.
