摘要
阐述延续护理的重要意义,综述冠状动脉介入术后延续护理的团队组成情况、干预的方向、干预的形式。指出目前国内延续护理水平有限,护理团队参差不齐,护理干预的内容及实施方式缺乏指导及标准。
This paper expounds the importance of continuous care,and reviews the situation of team composition,the direction of intervention,and the form of intervention after coronary intervention.This paper pointed out that the current domestic continuous care level is limited;the nursing team is uneven;the content of nursing intervention and the implementation are lacking of guidance and standards.
