摘要
推进矿业权审批简政放权、放管结合、优化服务,是贯彻落实中央行政审批制度改革的一项重要内容。本文系统梳理总结了我国矿业权审批简政放权改革进展成效,分析指出深化改革面临的难题,研究提出了政策建议,为矿业权简政放权改革向纵深推进提供借鉴。
Propelling the examination and approval of mining rights on streamlining administration, delegating more powers to lower-level governments and society, improving regulation and optimizing services, is a vital content for implementing the reform of approval system. This paper summarizes the evolution and efficiency of the reform about the mining rights approval on streamlining administration, analyzes and points out the difficulty in deepening reform, puts forward the policy suggestions, to provide reference for advancing the reform of examination and approval of mining rights on streamlining administration.
