高敏心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ在急性心肌梗死中应用的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 急性心肌梗死（AMI）是冠状动脉完全堵塞或痉挛，心脏局部失去供血而导致的急性大面积心肌细胞坏死。该病病情凶险、变化快、最佳治疗窗口期短，目前已成为导致人类死亡和伤残的一个主要原因。
