文章从服务体系架构、实现步骤、总体建设与服务模式四个方面详细介绍了天津地区公共图书馆服务体系建设,分析了服务体系建设带来的社会效益和经济效益,阐述了地区性公共图书馆服务体系在文化建设中的重要地位。
This article introduces the service system construction of public library in Tianjin area from the service archi-tecture, implementation steps, the overall construction and service pattern in detail, and analyzes the social and economic benefits which are service system construction created. Finally, it expounds the service system of re-gional public library is in the important position in the cultural construction.
