摘要
突发性公共卫生事件不仅影响居民健康状况,更会影响国家公共卫生安全和社会的稳定发展。然而,我国卫生突发事件的应急人才培养发展较为滞后,应急专业人才的能力和综合素质难以满足社会发展的需要,因此我国必须正确认识应急人才培养的意义,在当前应急教育发展的基础上,从培养意识、培养内容、教学方式和师资队伍方面进行全面改革,以促进社会医疗健康水平的发展。
Sudden public health events not only affect the health of residents, but also affect the development of public health se- curity and social stability. However, our health emergencies personnel training development is relatively lagging behind. Emergency professional ability and comprehensive quality is difficult to meet the needs of social development, so China must have a correct under- standing of the significance of emergency personnel training. Based on the current emergency education development, the culture con- sciousness, culture content, teaching methods and teaching staff should have the comprehensive reform to promote the development of the social medical and health.
