摘要
青海华电大通发电有限公司在2013年和2014年进行了低氮、脱硝改造,改造后锅炉飞灰含碳量较高,空预器频繁堵塞。针对此问题进行原因分析,并通过对消旋风封堵优化、燃烧器摆角调整及运行配风方式改变,使飞灰含碳量降至许可范围内;空预器通过改变吹灰方式、保证脱硝入口温度、降低稀释风速等措施,空预器频繁堵塞得到解决。大大提高了锅炉经济水平和长周期安全稳定运行。
After the nitrogen reducing and denitration improvements in 2013 and 2014,the carbon component of the flying ash from the boiler was higher then the expected and that resulted in the air perheater being frequently blocked.This paper analyzes the causes for the problem and the countermeasures are proposed,including optimizing the blockage to eliminate swirl wind,adjusting the swing angle of the burner,changing wind distribution method to reduce the carbon component within the allowed range,and then changing ash blowing method,keep the inlet temperature with the expected and reducing the attenuation wind speed and etc. And by taking those countermeasures the the blockage of the air perheater was eliminated and sharply improved the long time stability and economy of the boilers.
