可吸收棒用于小儿肱骨外髁骨折的治疗 被引量:2

摘要 目的总结可吸收棒内固定治疗小儿肱骨外髁骨折的临床疗效。方法对66例5-14岁小儿肱骨外髁骨折患者采用肘外侧弧形切口,将骨折解剖复位后2枚可吸收棒固定,术后屈肘90°位石膏托固定3周,去除石膏后行肘关节功能锻炼。结果所有患者随访4-24个月,骨折全部愈合,无切口感染、骨折延迟愈合或不愈合,未发生肘内翻,骨化性肌炎等并发症,按Flynn肘关节评定标准,本组优59例,良4例,中3例,优良率为95.6%。结论可吸收棒内固定治疗小儿肱骨外髁骨折,固定牢靠,无排斥反应,避免二次手术创伤,节约费用,是一种安全、有效的方法。
