摘要
基于国产锂电池卷绕装备大多以可编程逻辑控制器为主控制器,难以实现卷绕高速、高精度的问题,提出一个全局统一的高性能控制系统,采用一个主控制器整合控制系统的加减速、张力、纠偏及逻辑等控制功能,研发了基于高性能控制器的一体化控制系统软硬件、面向可变角速度运行的张力控制技术、基于偏差耦合控制的多级纠偏控制技术等,并在此基础上,研制出新型高速高精度锂电池极片卷绕装备。
The winding is the core technology for manufacturing the lithium battery, which has a direct influence on the quality of the lithium battery. The programmable logic controller (PLC) is utilized as the main controller in most of winding equipments, which will make it difficult to achieve the high-speed and high-accuracy winding. In this study, a uniform high-performance control system is proposed, which employs a main controller to control all the functions of the entire system, such as the acceleration, tension, correction and logic. Moreover, the hardware and soft-ware of the integrated control system based on the high-performance controller, the technology of the tension control for the operation with the variable angular velocity and the multilevel control technology based on the correction coupling controlling are developed. On the basis of these, this paper is devoting to developing a kind of new high-speed and high-accuracy winding equipment for the pole piece of the lithium battery.
