摘要
目的总结达芬奇机器人手术系统辅助腹腔镜手术配合护士仿真模拟培训的经验及效果。方法回顾性分析并总结2014年9月至2015年9月本院机器人手术配合护士运用医护团队仿真模拟培训的方法,该培训体系包括3个阶段:第一阶段理论学习,包括机器人理论学习和专科理论学习,培训前后分别考核;第二阶段基于3D打印培训模具仿真培训,培训前后分别记录各项护理操作完成时间;第三阶段观看经典手术视频,比较每名配合护士培训前后考核得分及护理操作完成时间。结果配合护士培训后,达芬奇机器人手术系统理论知识、专科知识中的手术方式、采用体位考核及护理操作完成时间优于培训前(P<0.05),专科知识中的术前物品准备、手术步骤及手术关注点培训前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医护团队仿真模拟培训能提高机器人手术配合护士的工作技能。
Objective To summarize our primary experience and effect of simulation training on operating room nurses in robotic-assisted laparoscopie surgery. Methods The series of training on operating room nurses for robotic surgery from September,2014 to September,2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The training consisted of three phases:Phase One was to learn related theories,including basic and specialized theoretical study for da Vinci surgical robot,and assessment was made before and after training;Phase Two was simulation training based on 3D printing training mold,and completion time of nursing operation before and after training were recorded; Phase Three was to review and evaluate video of training. Results The surgical system knowledge,operational method, body position examination in specialized knowledge and operation time of nurses in da Vinci robot training surgery were significantly better after training (P〈0.05),and there were no significant differences in preoperative preparation,surgical procedure and the focus of attention in specialized knowledge(P〉0.05). Conclusion Simulation training of working team can improve coordination skiUs in robotic surgery,which is worth widely using in clinical practice.
