摘要
纳米复合电镀是一种利用电化学原理制备具有某些特殊性能镀层的复合表面处理技术。首先介绍了纳米材料的特点和几种典型的纳米复合镀层形成机理,以及纳米颗粒的分散方法和对复合电镀的影响。其后重点综述了纳米复合电镀的最新研究状况及应用情况,概括了纳米复合电镀在现阶段面临的一些主要问题。
Nanocomposite plating, a kind of composite surface treating technique, is usually used for preparing some coatings with special properties via electrochemical reaction In this review, the characteristics of nanomaterials, the forming mechanisms of several typical nanocomposite coatings, the dispersion methods of nanomaterials and its influence on composite plating processes are firstly introduced. Thereafter, the latest studies on nanocomposite plating and its application are emphatically reviewed, and the main issues at present are also summarized.
