摘要
循环冷却水在使用之后,溶解固体和悬浮物相应增加,空气中污染物如灰尘、杂物、可溶性气体以及换热器物料泄漏等,均可以进入循环冷却水,使系统中的设备和管道腐蚀、结垢,造成换热器传热效率降低,甚至导致设备管道腐蚀穿孔。文章汇总了长庆石化公司南厂区循环水系统运行过程中存在的问题,并对这些问题进行分析总结,提出针对性的解决措施,保证循环水系统的长周期运行。
In the use of cooling water,dissolved solids and the suspension of a correspo- nding increase in air pollutants such asdust,debris,gas and heat exchanger soluble m- aterials such as leakage, can enter the cycle of cooling water,cooling water system of equipment and pipeline corrosion,scaling,resulting in heat exchanger efficiency,even the equipment pipeline corrosion perforation. The essay the problems existing in the operaion of the circulating water system of the southern factory mill plant of the Changqing Petrochemical Company were summarized and analyzed,and the solutions were proposed,so as to ensure a long perior operation of the circulating water system.
