摘要
患者男,32岁。面部及皱褶部位多发黄红色丘疹、结节7年。腋窝新发丘疹组织病理示:真皮深层弥漫性组织细胞浸润,尚见少量泡沫细胞及较多Touton巨细胞。免疫组化示:CD68,ⅩⅢ因子(+),CD1a,S100(-)。血脂、垂体CT正常。诊断:播散性黄瘤。
A 32-year-old male had gradually progressive multiple yellow-brown papules on his face and skin folds for the last 7 years. Histopathological examination revealed numerous histiocytes infiltration in the deep dermis. A few foamy cells and many multinucleated giant cells were also seen. Immunohistochemical staining was positive for CD68 and ⅩⅢ factor, while negative for CD1a and S100 proteins. Serum lipid level and pituitary CT were all normal. The diagnosis of xanthoma disseminatum was made.
