The Assessment of Factors Affecting the Air Quality in Shenyang

摘要 首先,分析了环境保护部环境监测中心发布的2014年沈阳市空气质量数据;然后,选取了12个指标,利用层次分析法评估影响沈阳市空气质量的主要因素。选用的B层指标是:人类活动排放气体影响因素、自然影响因素、经济影响因素。人类活动排放气体影响因素下选取的C层指标是:工厂排放、冬季取暖排放、汽车排放;自然影响因素下选取的C层指标是:风速、降水量、气温、大气压、空气湿度;经济影响因素下选取的C层指标是:人均GDP、钢材产量、水泥产量、能源消耗量。研究结果:沈阳市2014年冬季的AQI月平均值都在110以上,夏季的月平均值都在100以下,冬季沈阳市空气质量基本上都在轻度污染以上。从总权重的大小可以看出,工厂排放、冬季取暖排放、风速、汽车排放、人均GDP是影响沈阳市空气质量的主要因素,总权重分别排名第一、第二、第三、第四和第五。 In this paper,the air quality data of Shenyang in 2014 was analyzed,and it was released by environmental monitoring center of the environment protection ministry in China.The main factors influencing the air quality in Shenyang were evaluated using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the 12 indicators were selected.The selected indicators in B level were human activities emissions factors,natural factors,and economic factors.The selected indicators in C level under human activities emissions factors were factory emissions,winter heating emissions,and automobile emissions.The selected indicators in C level under natural factors were wind speed,precipitation,air temperature,atmospheric pressure,and humidity of the air.The selected indicators in C level under economic factors were per capita GDP,steel production,cement output,and energy consumption.The research results showed that the AQI month average value of Shenyang was over 110 in the winter of 2014,and the AQI month average value in the summer was under100.The air pollution degree of Shenyang in the winter was basically all above the light pollution.It can be seen from the size of the total weight that factory emissions,winter heating emissions,wind speed,automobile emissions,and per capita GDP were the main factors affecting the air quality in Shenyang.Their total weight respectively ranked the first,second,third,fourth and fifth.
