摘要
主要研究船舶单元模块化预舾装的设计和建造方法。在技术层面,从单元模块的设计范围、单元分类、设计方法、内容和深度等方面进行总结,并提出建立标准化设计图库和TRIBON三维模型库的建议。在生产建造上,研究单元模块的生产组织体系和详细工艺流程,并有针对性地提出3种不同的作业方式,为实现单元模块流水线生产作业提供可行的方案。
This paper mainly discusses the technical design and the production of the construction unit in modular shipbuilding.At the technical level,it summarizes the scope of the modular unit design,the unit classification,the design method,and the content and the depth of the design.Besides,it puts forward the suggestion about establishing the standardized design gallery and TRIBON 3D model library.The detailed process flow and the module production organization system are studied and three feasible operation schemes for the unit module production line are provided.
