摘要
以液压过滤器的性能指标为研究对象,结合工程中大型液压系统过滤器的设计选型经验,介绍了过滤器的选型方法和设计原则,详细阐述了过滤精度、压降、纳污容量和流通能力等主要性能参数,绘制出过滤器压差流量特性与规格、过滤精度、温度和粘度的曲线,并综合设计、成本、生产实践等方面对过滤器各重要参数进行了全面深入的分析。结果表明,在液压系统工况条件和滤芯一定时,过滤器规格大小与纳污容量成正比,与压降成反比;过滤精度与压降成正比,与流通能力成反比,与纳污容量成反比;过滤器压降与温度成正比,与粘度成反比。
Taking the performance index of hydraulic filter as the research object, combined with the experience on filter design and selection in large hydraulic system, the filter selection method and design principle were introduced. The main per- formance parameters, such as filter precision, pressure drop, contamination carrying capacity and flow capacity were described in detail. The curves between filter pressure differential flow characteristics and filter size, filter accuracy, temperature and viscosi- ty were plotted; the main filter parameters were analyzed in-depth from aspects of design, cost and practice. The results showed that with the hydraulic system working condition and filter being certain, the filter size was in direct proportion to the contami- nation carrying capacity, and was inversely proportional to the pressure drop; filter precision was proportional to the pressure drop and was inversely proportional to the flow capacity and contamination carrying capacity; filter pressure drop was propor- tional to temperature and was inversely proportional to the viscosity.
