摘要
目的:探讨时间护理在妊娠合并原发性高血压孕妇中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2009年6月-2012年12月本院收治的单胎妊娠合并原发性高血压孕妇60例作为研究对象,按入院顺序先后分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。研究组根据孕妇血压昼夜波动节律给予调整用药时间和心理护理时间,而对照组按传统用药时间给药,干预后分别采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测定两组孕妇的心理状况,同时观察比较两组孕妇的血压情况。结果:研究组孕妇SAS评分、SDS评分、收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:掌握人体病理生理的时间节律及药物的有效血药浓度时间,对妊娠合并原发性高血压孕妇实施时间护理,可明显消除孕妇的心理障碍,能有效、全程平稳降压,为指导妊娠合并原发性高血压孕妇干预治疗开拓新途径,对减少产后并发症、促进产妇产后康复具有非常重要的现实意义。
Objective：To investigate the clinical application value of time nursing in pregnant women of pregnancy combined with primary hypertension.Method：From June 2009 to December 2012,60 cases of monocyesis combined with primary hypertension in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the research group and the control group according to the order of admission,each group had 30 cases.The research group adjust medication time and psychological nursing time according to the circadian rhythm of blood pressure in pregnant women,the control group were given medicine according to the traditional medication time,anxiety self rating scale（SAS） and self rating depression scale（SDS） were used to measure the psychological status of two groups of pregnant women,and the blood pressure of two groups were observed and compared.Result：The scores of SAS,SDS,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of research group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Grasp human pathologic physiology rhythm of time and the effective blood drug concentration time,implement time nursing in pregnant women pregnancy with primary hypertension,can obviously eliminate psychological barriers of pregnant women,can effective and smooth step-down blood pressure,to guide the pregnancy merge pregnant women with primary hypertension intervention to explore new ways,reduce postpartum complications,promote maternal postpartum rehabilitation has very important practical significance.
