摘要
中西医结合是推动中医走出去的主要动力之一,病证结合、循证医学、循因医学这几个概念是实现中西医结合的关键。病症结合是在西医辨病的前提下,用中医理论分析疾病的中医证候特征和转化规律,实现辨病与辨证的有机结合、优势互补。"循证医学"作为推动中西医结合的一个切入点,注重对临床证据的总结,以增强西医对中医临床诊断结果的信心,实现中西医结合并且取长补短。循因医学是揭示疾病和治疗手段的本质机制并应用这些本质机制来指导临床,并最终揭示生命的本质机制的医学模式。这三个概念彼此联系,相互补充,共同促进中西医结合,推动中医走出国门,与世界接轨。
One of the ways leading to the TCM world-wide spreading is the realization of the Integrative Medicine,in which three concepts,namely,＂combination of disease and syndrome＂,＂evidence-based medicine＂and ＂etiology-based medicine＂are the key concepts.＂Combination of disease and syndrome＂means that both the conditions of the disease,which are defined according to western medicine theories,and the syndrome characteristics,which are defined according to TCM theories,should be considered in order to realize better treatment outcome. Further,＂evidence-based medicine＂,which is good at past clinical dada processing and offering guaranteed medical actions,should also be used in the process. Besides,＂etiology-based medicine＂,which offers the more original working mechanisms of the diseases,is also helpful in treatment. These three concepts can work together and TCM world-wide spreading would be achieved more reasonably and easily.
