Rapid Determination of Multi-Nutrient Elements in Cereals by X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry Based on Quantitative Analysis Without Standards

摘要 基于X射线荧光光谱法测试谷物中多种营养元素,分析谷物类型、粒径、测量时间、基体校正平衡项对检测结果的影响。在优化后的试验条件下,通过检测谷物类标准样品,验证了该方法检测小麦、大米中镁、磷、硫、钾等8种营养元素有较好准确度和精密度,适用于谷物中营养元素的快速测定。 Multi -nutrient elements were determined in cereals, using X -ray fluorescence spectrometry. The influence of cereal type, particle size, measuring time and balance for matrix effect correction was studied. Under op- timized experimental conditions, it has been verified that using this method to detect eight nutrient elements in wheat and rice such as magnesium, phosphorus, sulfur and potassium had better accuracy and precision by detection of ce- real standard samples, which is applicable to rapid determination of nutrient elements in the cereal.
