摘要
目的：了解我院门诊药房口服降糖药物的使用情况,为临床合理用药及医院药库采购药品提供参考。方法：对我院2013～2015年门诊药房口服降糖药物的售药金额、用药频度（DDDs）和日均费用（DDDc）等数据进行统计分析。结果：调查显示,使用频次较高的口服降糖药物主要有磺酰脲类、双胍类和a-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂;盐酸二甲双胍片、阿卡波糖片、瑞格列奈片DDDs值居前三位;三年来年售药金额、糖尿病处方联合用药呈逐年上升趋势。结论：通过分析,盐酸二甲双胍片、阿卡波糖片、瑞格列奈片为我院门诊口服降糖药物的一线药物,使用基本合理,可为基层医院采购供应口服降糖药物提供参考信息。
Objective：To understand the use of hospital outpatient pharmacy oral hypoglycemic drugs,provide a reference for clinical rational drug procurement of medicines and hospital storeroom. Method：Our hospital 2013~2015 outpatient pharmacy oral hypoglycemic drugs,sell drugs amount,DDDs（DDDs） and daily expenses（DDDc） and other data for statistical analysis. Results：Survey shows that the higher frequency of oral hypoglycemic drugs are biguanides,sulfonylureas and a-glucosidase inhibitors; DDDs value of metformin hydrochloride tablets, acarbose tablets, and repaglinide tablets ranking three; The last three years, the sales amount of drugs,prescription diabetes drug combination showed an increasing trend. Conclusion ：metformin hydrochloride tablets,acarbose tablets,repaglinide of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital first-line drugs,it is used reasonable,and provide reference information for my primary hospital procurement and supply of oral hypoglycemic drugs.
