通过以"人"和"自然"为本的新型城镇化与现代化、工业化、信息化关系的分析,在加速发展的同时,更强调城市质量的建设。浙江省环杭州湾城市群通过"多规合一",产业结构的优化及空间布局的调整,加快城乡交通设施建设,提升人口素质,优化人居环境,建设特色小镇,努力推进新型城镇化的发展与提升。
