笔者探讨了“啬夫”一词的渊源 ;“啬夫”一官的职能、演变 ;并将其与有秩、斗食加以比较 ;
The ariticle explores the root of the word'Principle'(Known as'啬夫'in Chinese),discussed its functions and evolution as a government official,then compared it with'beadles'(Known as'有秩'in Chinese)and a very low official(Known as'斗食'in Chinese),and finally puts forword a doctrine that the principle in the Qin and Han dynasty acted as the deputy of low organization
