REVIEW AND PROSPECT OF MANAGEMENT SOCIAL CONTACT IN EMERGING MARKET

摘要 管理者社会联系是指管理者的跨界活动以及与企业外部组织或个人的互动关系。与西方成熟的市场体系不同,新兴市场为研究管理者社会联系及其影响提供了独特的市场、制度和文化背景。围绕管理者社会联系的概念、内涵、影响因素、影响结果以及管理者社会联系影响企业绩效的中介和调节效应等问题,对现有文献进行了系统梳理,并在此基础上对管理者社会联系的未来研究方向进行了展望。 Managerial ties are defined as executives’ boundary-spanning activities and the interaction of the management with external organizations or individuals. Different from the mature market system of the West,the emerging economies provide a distinct market,institutional and cultural setting for researches on managerial ties. The paper focuses on the concept and connotation,influencing factors,consequences,mediating and moderating effect of managerial ties on enterprise performance,systematically reviews the existing literature,and prospects the future research orientation of management social contact on this basis.
