浆粕增强丁腈橡胶复合材料的力学及摩擦学性能 被引量:5

Mechanical and tribological properties of different pulps reinforced nitrile rubber composites

摘要 以杂乱取向方式填充丁腈橡胶(NBR),分别制备出丁腈橡胶/芳纶浆粕(PPTA-pulp)和丁腈橡胶/腈纶浆粕(PAN-pulp)复合材料,并研究了两种浆粕的用量对其复合材料力学及摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,随着浆粕用量的增加,两种复合材料的力学性能均得到了一定程度的改善,且PPTApulp的增强效果优于PAN-pulp;当浆粕质量分数达到10%时,两种复合材料均可获得较好的摩擦磨损性能,20%时复合材料的磨耗量最小;两种浆粕的加入均能提高复合材料的耐溶胀性能,且填充PPTApulp的效果较好;PPTA-pulp与橡胶基质的界面结合力比PAN-pulp强。 The nitrile rubber (NBR)/poly-p-phenylene terephthamide-pulp(PPTA-pulp) and NBR/polyacrylonitrile- pulp(PAN-pulp) composites were prepared by irregular ori- entation filling method. The effects of amount of PPTA-pulp and PAN-pulp on the mechanical and tribological properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the two kinds of composites were improved to a certain extent with the increase of pulps, but the reinforcement effect of PPTA-pulp was better than that of PAN-pulp. Both the composites showed better tribologicalproperty when mass fraction of pulp was 10% , and exhibited minimum abrasion loss when the mass fraction of pulp reached 20%. Moreover, the incorporation of two pulps both improved swelling resistance of the composites and PPTA- pulp had better effect owing to its larger interfacial bonding force compared with that of PAN-pulp.
