摘要
采用主观概率值法、类比法从应用合理性、类比合理性两方面对海南省工业用水定额进行合理性评估，分析结论认为海南省工业用水水平均未达到先进性，其中部分行业制定的用水定额不太合理。本方法对各省份开展工业用水定额合理性评估有一定的参考意义。
Uses the subjective probability method and analogy method analyze the Hainan Province industrial water quota from rationality of application and of rationality, analysis shows that the Hainan province industrial water levels did not reach the advanced nature, which in some industries making water quota is not reasonable. The method of the provinces to carry out industrial water quota assessment has certain reference significance of rationality.
