摘要
在混凝土中加入复合掺合料能够减少水泥用量,节省成本费用。本试验研究了在同一水胶比、固定掺和料总量的条件下,矿粉和粉煤灰在混凝土中的不同复合掺加比例对混凝土的坍落度、坍落度损失及3d、7d和28d混凝土强度的影响,随着复合掺合料比例的变化,混凝土坍落度及强度也随之发生相应的变化。当矿粉与粉煤灰的比例为1:1时,混凝土的坍落度最小,强度最高;矿粉对改善混凝土的和易性,提高混凝土坍落度较粉煤灰的作用明显,粉煤灰相对矿粉来说更有利于控制混凝土坍落度的损失,即粉煤灰的保坍性要高于矿粉;矿粉对混凝土抗压强度的增强效果要高于粉煤灰,即粉煤灰对混凝土强度的降低效果作用较为明显。
It can reduce the cement content and cost savings to put composite admixture into concrete. The experiment studied in the same waterbinder ratio and the fixed amount of composite admixture, different proportion of mineral powder and fly ash are influence in the concrete slump, slump loss and the concrete strength of 3d, 7d and 28d, as the change of composite admixture ratio, the concrete slump and strength also will change accordingly. When the ratio of mineral powder and fly is 1 : 1, the concrete slump is minimum, the concrete strength is the highest; Mineral powder is better than fly ash to improve the concrete workability and the concrete slump, fly ash more conducive to control of concrete slump loss relative to mineral powder, namely, the keeping slump of fly ash is higher than mineral powder;mineral powder is higher than fly ash to en- hance the concrete strength, namely, fly ash is more obvious, to reduce the concrete strength.
