摘要
目的:探讨犊鼻穴对治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床价值,为指导针灸临床提供资料参考和方法启示。方法:通过查阅古今文献,对针灸犊鼻穴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的内容进行整理与分析。结果:犊鼻穴为治疗膝关节骨性关节炎常用穴和有效穴。结论:针灸犊鼻穴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎方法多样且疗效显著,值得临床借鉴与应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical value of Dubi acupoint on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis for provide reference and method to guide the clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods： The treatment of knee osteoarthritis by Dubi acupoint was arranged and analysed through accessing to ancient and modern literature. Results： Dubi acupoint for treatment of knee osteoarthritis and effective acupoints commonly used acupoints. Conclusion： Acupuncture Dubi acupoint for treatment of knee osteoarthritis methods and the effect is significant,worthy of clinical reference and application.
