摘要
为改进和完善高压柱塞泵的结构及工艺水平,研发了一款拥有自主知识产权的高压柱塞泵在线性能测试系统。该系统基于液压CAT(Computer Aided Test)技术,实现对高压柱塞泵不同系列产品的压力-流量特性、压力-输入扭矩特性、容积效率和总效率等多种性能的自动测试并能够准确绘制产品的性能曲线、生成测试报表以及存储测试数据。现场使用表明,该系统操作简便,满足高压柱塞泵研发和生产的要求,为我国发展新型高压柱塞泵提供可靠的测试平台。
In order to improve the structure and technological level of high-pressure plunger pump, an online performance test system with independent intellectual property rights of high-pressure plunger pump is developed. The system is based on hydraulic CAT (Computer Aided Test) technology and it can realize the automatic test of the pressure-flow characteristics, pressure-input torque characteristics, volumetric efficiency, total efficiency and other performance of the high-pressure plunger pump. In addition, the test system can accurately draw performance curve of products, generate test reports and storage test data. The analysis of the system's test results show that the system is easy to handle. It is completely satisfy the requirements that it can provide reliable test platform to develop new high-pressure plunger pump for our country.
