摘要
通过研究我国社会流动性与经济增长目前的发展状况,分析社会流动性与长期经济增长之间的互动关系,进一步探讨我国社会流动性与长期经济增长的影响因素,政治因素、经济因素、教育因素和社会因素,并构建我国社会流动性与长期经济增长的互动关系图,最终提出促进我国社会流动性与长期经济增长良性互动的建议,打破制度障碍,促进自由流动;优化产业结构,创新科学技术;调节收入分配,增强社会流动;改善资源配置,落实教育公平;加强人力资本投资,提高劳动力适应性。
hnproving social mobility is the key to achieving long -term economic growth of China. The paper studies the current development of social mobility and long - term economic growth in China and analyzes the interaction between them, then explores the factors which would affect social mobility and long - term economic growth. These factors are political factor, economic factor, education and social factor. This paper also builds an interactive relationship model of social mobility and logterm economic growth. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the benign interaction between social mobility and longterm economic growth： breaking the institutional barriers to promote the mobility, optimizing the industrial structure, updating science and technology, adjusting income distribution to enhance social mobility, improving resource allocation, realizing educational equity, and strengthening human capital investment to increase the labor flexibility.
