Research on the performance of carbon fibre composite for solar panel

摘要 研究了用于太阳能电池阵的碳纤维复合材料力学性能、疲劳性能及热膨胀系数与温度的关系,结果表明:温度对碳纤维复合材料热膨胀系数影响很小;抗拉强度随温度升高而降低,曲线近似于直线,在-100、20和100℃时,碳纤维复合材料抗拉强度分别为607.4、450.1和320.3MPa;疲劳性能也随温度升高而降低,在-100、20和100℃时,碳纤维复合材料疲劳强度分别为470.1、390和241.2MPa;当温度升高到20℃以后,温度对该材料疲劳性能的影响增大。 The dependences of mechanical property,fatigue strength and thermal expansion coefficient on temperature of carbon fibre composite for the solar panel were studied.The results showed that the influence of temperature on thermal expansion coefficient of composite was small.The tensile strength decreased with the increasing of temperature.This curve tended to straight line.Under temperature-100℃,20℃ and 100℃,the tensile strength of composite were607.4MPa,450.1MPa和320.3MPa,respectively;The fatigue strength decreases with the increase of temperature.Under temperature-100℃,20℃ and 100℃,the fatigue strengths e were 470.1MPa,390 MPa and 241.2MPa,respectively.The influence of temperature on fatigue strength grown when temperature exceeded 20℃.
