摘要
搜集并整理中国风电产业发展的历史资料,并利用技术史学的方法,对中国风电发展的历史做阶段划分,论述不同时期中国风电产业的基本情况和特点,使读者对中国风电产业发展的历史有一个简要的认识并从中获得启迪。
This paper studies the historical data of the development of wind power industry in China,makes use of research methodologies,and accounts for different phases.It is intended,through the analysis,to enable readers to achieve a clear understanding of the development of wind power industry in China.
