上颌骨缺损的外科整复 被引量:2

摘要 以解剖为基础的上颌骨缺损分类为确切的诊断和合适的修复方法选择提供了指导。上颌骨缺损修复的目标是重建面中部框架和结构,恢复面部外形及口颌功能。对于不同类型的上颌骨缺损,应采用相应的修复方法,对于复杂的上颌骨缺损,游离组织瓣移植是较理想的修复方法。
