摘要
通过对我国现行小型农田水利工程管理模式实际应用的研究,分析了现行各种管理模式存在的问题,指出目前适用性最强的管理模式是用水户协会,并针对该模式在实际应用中出现的问题提出了应遵循的原则。
The practical application in management mode of current small- scale irrigation and water conservancy engineering was researched. The existed problems in current various management modes were analyzed. It was pointed out that the management model with the strongest applicability was the water user association. Aimed at the problems in the practical application of this model,the principles which should be followed were put forward.
