摘要
完善我国硕士研究生思想政治教育方式是达到立德树人教育目标的重要手段,是实现硕士研究生全面发展的必然要求。文章以对华中师范大学的调查为基础,就硕士研究生思想政治教育方式及其现状进行了分析,并从"完善体制机制,构建‘优势互补,整体联动’型思想政治教育模式"和"强化育人功能,达到‘各尽其责、各显其能’的思想政治教育效果"两个角度提出了完善我国硕士研究生思想政治教育方式的建议。
The improvement of the ideological and political education method of Chinese postgraduate students is the count way to achieve the educational goals of moral values estabishment and people cultivation,and is also the inevitable requrement to the realization of comprehensive development of postgraduate students.Based on the survey of Central China Normal University,the paper analyzed the ideology and political education method and its present situation,put forward the suggestions how to improve the ideology and political education method of Chinese postgraduate students from two perspectives,one of them is to improve the institutional mechanisms,and to construct ideology and political education method whose style is complementary advantages and overall linkage,another is to strenthen people-education function,and to achieve the ’fulfill ones’ duties,display ones’ capability’effects of ideology and political education method.
