摘要
为探讨IAA不同浓度处理对柠檬枝条扦插生根的影响,以香水柠檬1年生枝条为试材,设100 mg·L^(-1)、200 mg·L^(-1)、300 mg·L^(-1)、400 mg·L^(-1)、500 mg·L^(-1)、600 mg·L^(-1)6个IAA浓度处理,清水(CK)处理为对照。结果表明,IAA浓度处理以500 mg·L^(-1)枝条生根效果较好,扦插50 d后其生根率为90.8%,平均生根8.2条,平均根长5.6 cm。
In order to study the effects of different IAA concentrations on rooting of lemon cuttings, one-year-old branches of perfume lemon were used as test materials. There were six IAA concentration treatments including 100 mg·L^(-1), 200mg·L^(-1), 300 mg·L^(-1), 400 mg·L^(-1), 500 mg·L^(-1), and 600 mg·L^(-1)with Water treatment as control. The results showed that500 mg·L^(-1)IAA solution showed good effect with 90.8% of cuttings rooting rate after 50 d, 8.2 of average root number and5.6 cm of average root length.
