摘要
壮族是中国人口众多的少数民族,其文化丰富且极具特色。壮学的研究,尤其是壮族文化的外译越发重要。目前壮族文化对外推介以英译为主,遗憾的是翻译随意性很大,缺乏统一,这对于壮族文化的对外传播不利。文章讨论壮族文化词翻译问题,探讨可行性译文,旨在为学界对壮语文化词统一的英译提供借鉴。
The Zhuang Nationality, with large population, is one of the ethnic minorities in China with rich culture and unique characteristic.Researches of the Zhuang are becoming more and more important, particularly the foreign language translation of the Zhuang culture. Now the publicity of the Zhuang in English is in priority, but the translations of the culture-loaded terms are various which may hinder the publicity of Zhuang culture in the world. This paper discusses the English translations of these Zhuang culture-loaded words in the hope of facilitating the standardization of the translation
