摘要
目的探讨慢性病自我管理(CDSMP)对恶性肿瘤经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)化疗患者的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月间收治的188例恶性肿瘤PICC化疗患者,按患者化疗时间顺序,分为CDSMP组和对照组,每组94例。CDSMP组患者实施CDSMP模式,对照组患者实施常规PICC健康宣教。比较两组患者化疗结束且PICC拔管前的健康状况、PICC自我管理能力、疾病自我管理行为和并发症发生率等情况。结果 CDSMP组患者的健康状况、PICC自我管理能力、疾病自我管理行为和并发症发生率均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 CDSMP模式可以有效地改善恶性肿瘤PICC化疗患者的健康状况、PICC自我管理能力和疾病自我管理行为,且对降低并发症发生率具有明显的促进作用。
Objective Discussion Chronic Disease Self-Management Program（ CDSMP） in malignant peripherally inserted central venous catheter（ PICC） application effect of chemotherapy patients.Methods Choose between January 2013 to January 2015 Cangzhou Central Hospital treated 188 cases of chemotherapy in patients with malignant PICC,press chemotherapy chronologically into CDSMP group and the control group,94 cases in each group,CDSMP group for patients CDSMP mode,the control group for patients with conventional PICC health education. Cancer patients were compared with chemotherapy ends and before extubation health of PICC,PICC self-management skills,disease self-management behaviors,incidence of complications and so on. Results Health status CDSMP group of patients,PICC self-management skills,disease self-management behavior,complications were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion CDSMP model can effectively improve the health of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy PICC,PICC self-management skills,disease self-management behavior,and to reduce the incidence of complications has a significant role in promoting.
