摘要
研制了尖端直径2.5μm的中性载体钠离子选择性双管微电极。在NaCl溶液中,微电极的线性范围为10^(-3)~5×10^(-1)mol·dm^(-3),斜率为57.3mV/pNa,检测下限为1.6×10^(-4)mol·dm^(-3)、微电极对K^+、Ma^(2+)、Ca^(2+)的选择性系数分别为0.053、6.2×10^(-4)、5.8×10^(-3)。实验考察了微电极在血清、细胞内液、生理盐水及汞液中对Na^+的响应特性,探讨了微电极在生物医学测量中的适用性,并用微电极测量了临床微量试佯中的Na^+浓度,结果良好。
<ABSTRACT>
Based on a neutral carrier,a double-barreled sodium ion-selective mic-
roelectrode with tip diameter of 2.5μm was designed and constructed. The
microelectrode has a linear range of 10-3--5 ×10-1 mol. dm-3 with a slope
of 57.3mV/pNa and detection limit of 1.6 × 10-4 mol.dm-3 (25°C ) in NaCl
solution. The selectivity coefficients with respect of K+, Mg2+, and Ca2+
are 0. 053. 6. 2 × 10-4, and 5. 8 × 10-3, respectively. The response character-
istics of microelectrode for Na+ was investigated experimentally in serum,
intracellular solution, physiological saline and urine. The applicability of
microelectrode to biomedical measurements was evaluated. The Na+ conc-
entrations in some clinical microsamples were determined by this microele-
ctrode. The results thus obtained confirm its applicability.
