摘要
目的:探讨地奈德乳膏联合肤舒止痒膏治疗儿童特应性皮炎的临床疗效.方法:选取2011-07/2012-06重庆市壁山区人民医院收治的80例特应性皮炎患儿作为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为治疗组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),两组均予以地奈德乳膏外用,治疗组患者同时给予外洗肤舒止痒膏,治疗持续2周,2周后停用所有相关药物,分别评估两组患者皮炎的主要症状,皮损改善情况,停用所有相关药物并对其随访3个月,随访其复发情况.结果:治疗组与对照组的痊愈率分别为47.50%和42.50%,二者的总有效率为100%与95.00%,治疗组的痊愈率与总有效率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).随访3个月后,治疗组与对照组的复发率分别是10.53%与88.24%,治疗组痊愈后复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:地奈德联合肤舒止痒膏治疗儿童特应性皮炎不但可以取得较好的近期疗效,同时可以明显降低特应性皮炎的复发率,值得临床推广.
AIM： To investigate the clinical effects of desonide cream combined with Fushuzhiyang ointment in the treatment of children atopic dermatitis. METHODS： A total of 80 children with atopic dermatitis admitted into People＇s Hospital of Bishan District from July 2011 to June 2012 were randomly divided into the treatment group（ n = 40） and control group（ n = 40）. Two groups were given desonide cream,while the treatment group was additionally given external washing cream（ Fushuzhiyang ointment）for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks,the main symptoms of dermatitis,the improvement of skin lesion were assessed upon drug discontinuation.After 3 months,without any treatment,the recurrence rates were assessed. RESULTS： The recovery rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were 47. 50% and 100% respectively; the control group were 42. 50% and 95. 00%. The recovery rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were higher than control group,and the difference were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）.The recurrence rates in the treatment group and control group respectively were 10.53% and 88.24%. The recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 3 months＇ treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. CONCLUSION： It＇s effective to use desonide cream combined with Fushuzhiyang ointment in the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis,which can markedly reduce the recurrence rate of atopic dermatitis. It＇s worthy of clinical application.
