摘要
目的:采用聚类分析对不同批次淫羊藿中总黄酮和5种黄酮类成分含量进行质量分析研究。方法:以淫羊藿药材所含活性成分为分析对象,采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量;采用HPLC同时测定淫羊藿中朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷及宝藿苷Ⅰ5个活性成分的含量,并进行方法学考察。以各成分的含量测定标准化结果对11批样品进行了聚类分析。结果:HPLC方法学考察结果表明,本研究建立的分析方法重现性、精密度、稳定性良好,不同产地的黄酮类成分含量存在较大差别,通过聚类分析分为4类。结论:淫羊藿黄酮类活性成分的积累与产地有一定的相关性,结合聚类分析法能够对淫羊藿的产地识别及质量评价提供参考。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of total flavonoids and five flavones in Herba Epimedii from different batches based on cluster analysis. Methods: The content of active constituent of Herba Epimdii total flavonoids were detected by UV-spectrophotometry. The content of epimedin A, epimedin B, epimedin C, icariin and baohuoside Ⅰ were determined by HPLC and the method had been evaluated. Based on the stadardized result of active constituent contents, the samples from 11 batches of Herba Epimedii were classified and identified using cluster analysis. Results: The methodological evaluation showed that this method had a good repeatability, precision and stability, the flavonoids content of Herba Epimedii from different regions had difference, the results could be divided into four classes by cluster analysis. Conclusion: The content of active constituent of Herba Epimedii is relarted to its habitat, the determination method combine with cluster analysis are able to provide a reference for the origin identification and quality evaluation of Herba Epimedii.
