摘要
通过对《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》运用"顿服"服药法之方药、主治病证特点及运用注意事项的分析,发现"顿服"法主要运用于亡阳危急重症和邪盛正不虚之大实证的治疗。"顿服"在中医临床治疗急症、重症中起着至关重要的作用,应引起广大中医临床工作者的重视。
taking the whole decoction at a time method in Treaties of Febrile Disease and Synopsis of Golden Chamber was analyzed. The results hinted that taking the whole decoction at a time method was applied in yang dissipation severe crisis and the severe sufficient disease,which played a vital role in Chinese medicine in treating sever and emergency illness worthing to be aroused attention of clinicians.
