皮肤原位再生医疗技术治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床诊治规范 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨皮肤原位再生医疗技术(Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/Moist Exposed Burn Ointment,MEBT/MEBO)治疗糖尿病足溃疡(Diabetic Foot Ulcer,DFU)的临床诊治规范。方法以全国多家医院收治的102例应用MEBT/MEBO治愈的Wagner 3~5级DFU患者的治疗经验为依据,归纳总结应用MEBT/MEBO治疗DFU的临床诊治规范。结果通过总结102例应用MEBT/MEBO治愈的Wagner 3~5级DFU患者的治疗经验,发现MEBT/MEBO治疗DFU的疗效显著。结论规范的MEBT/MEBO治疗方案可作为DFU的临床诊治规范,该规范有助于临床医师正确的诊断和治疗DFU,使其达到理想的治疗效果。 Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment standards of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer(DFU).Methods Summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment standards of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of DFU based on the experience of applying MEBT/MEBO to treat 102 patients with Grade 3-5 DFU according to Wagner's classification.Results Reviewing the treatment experience in aforementioned 102 DFU patients found MEBT/MEBO was significantly effective in the diagnosis and treatment of DFU.Conclusion Normative treatment protocol of MEBT/MEBO can be a standard of diagnosing and treating DFU,which can help clinical physicians to make correct diagnosis and treatment of DFU,realizing ideal treatment efficacy.
