摘要
突触可塑性被认为是脑可塑性变化的关键结构部位,亦是目前神经再生领域相关研究的热点。中医药对于神经损伤后的修复治疗具有独特优势,但其作用机制研究尚薄弱。基于近10年来与突触重塑相关的中药实验研究文献,就单味中药及其有效成分对突触重塑的作用机制进行综述,以期为今后科研及临床提供参考。
Synaptic plasticity is the key structure in the brain plasticity and also the hot research spot in nerve regeneration recently. Traditional Chinese medicine has the unique advantage in nerve repair treatment after the injure while the related mechanism study is insufficient. The experimental literature of recent 10 years about improving synaptic plasticity by traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed and the mechanism of single Chinese herb and the active ingredients were summarized to be the reference material for the future research and clinic in this article.
