摘要
目的:观察经验方"调肝活血汤"联合palomo手术对精索静脉曲张症患者精浆氧化应激的影响。方法:选取99名精索静脉曲张症相关不育患者分成3组。试验组(G1)采用调肝活血汤联合palomo手术治疗,中药对照组(G2)单独采用调肝活血汤口服,手术对照组(G3)采用palomo手术共6个月,观察治疗前后精液质量和精浆ROS、NO、SOD、TAC的变化情况。结果:试验组精液质量和精浆TAC、SOD水平显著改善;ROS和NO有所降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:调肝活血汤联合palomo术能干预精浆中氧化应激反应,从而提高精液质量。
objective： To observe the efficacy of Tiao Gan Huo Xue decoction combined with Palomo operation on the oxidativestress in the patients with Varicocele Methods： Nighty-night patients with Infertility caused by varicocele were randomly divided into three groups. The G1 treatment group treated with Tiao Gan Huo Xue decoction combined with Palomo operation. The G2 control group treated with Tiao Gan Huo Xue decoction and the G3 control group treated with Palomo operation. The therapeutic efficacy and the content of ROS、NO、SOD、TAC were evaluated after six months. Results： The treatment group showed a better effect than two control groups in improving sperm quality. The content of TAC and SOD was increased and the content of ROS and NO was decreased. Conclusion： Tiao Gan Huo Xue decoction combined with Palomo operation could improve the sperm quality for the patients with Oligoasthenozoospermia by improving oxidativestress.
