摘要
近代海派名医秦伯未擅长以冬令膏滋方调治各类内科杂症,并著有《膏方大全》。其拟方俱以患者主诉、症状、病情等四诊合参后所得信息化裁为证,再以证立论、以论成方,组方用药规律颇具特色。其处方并不因膏方为补剂而尽用补药,而是补益同时兼顾祛邪。他主张分清主次见症、标本虚实进行施补,或在膏方中补泻兼施,甚至以通为补,兹举例分析不同病证的膏方医案,以示其膏方组方用药规律的经验及特色。
Dr. QIN Bo-wei is an expert in using herbal extract to treat all sorts of internal medicine diseases.Meanwhile,he is the author of Gao Fang Da Quan. The herbal extract is based on information,which is got by comprehensively analyzing the complaints and symptoms of every patient. Besides,QIN will consider tonification and purgation in combination instead of full use of the tonic in the paste. He advocated prioritize in the paste,tonification and purgation in combination also. This paper presented Dr. QIN Bo-wei＇ s experience in the treatment of various diseases in order to summary and analyse the characteristics of his herbal extract.
