摘要
目的观察分析内分泌治疗不良反应与绝经前乳腺癌患者预后的相关性。方法回顾性分析2011年8月至2013年12月我院中心院区及普爱院区收治的早期原发乳腺癌患者资料。80例分别服用他莫昔芬和托瑞米芬的患者筛选出作为研究对象,服用他莫西芬患者为TAM组,服用托瑞米芬患者为TOR组。对患者治疗效果、不良反应和患者治疗前后的血脂水平分析。结果 TAM组患者治疗有效率为68%,略高于TOR组患者治疗总有效率62%(P>0.05)。2组患者在术前和术后1年的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)和甘油三酯(TG)水平均明显变化(P<0.05)。术后1年,TAM组患者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、LDL、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL)和TG等指标与TOR组比较(P<0.05)。TAM组术后TG显著升高,TOR组术后TG明显降低,TOR改善血脂水平明显。TAM组患者在治疗期间发生潮红潮热达到16例,显著高于TOR组5例(P<0.05),TAM组患者术后不良反应发生例数明显高于TOR组(P>0.05)。结论绝经前乳腺癌患者,通过他莫西芬和托瑞米芬进行治疗,术后有一定的不良反应,他莫西芬不良反应患者较多,但临床疗效显著,有助于患者临床预后和相关指标的改善。
Objective To observation and analysis side effects associated with endocrine therapy in premenopausal patients with breast cancer-related research outcomes.Methods A retrospective analysis from August2011 to December 2013 Hospital Center School District and universal love school district admitted early primary breast cancer patient data.Eighty cases were taking tamoxifen and toremifene in patients screened for the study,patients taking tamoxifen TAM group,patients taking toremifene TOR groups.Patient outcomes,patients with endocrine treatment-related side effects and lipid levels in patients before and after treatment were analyzed.Results TAM patients group was 68%,slightly higher than the TOR-treated patients group,the total efficiency of62%（P〈0.05）.Two groups of patients before and after surgery ayear LDL and TG were significantly change water（P〈0.05）.After a year,TAM group of patients with HDL,LDL,VLDL and TG and other indicators and TOR group（P〈0.05）.TAM group was significantly higher TG,TOR group were significantly lower TG,TOR significantly improve lipid levels.TAN patients flushing hot flashes occur during treatment reached 16 cases,significantly higher than the TOR group 5cases（P〈0.05）,patients with joint pain TAM group was also significantly higher than the number of cases TOR group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Breast cancer patients,by tamoxifen and toremifene treatment,surgery has some side effects,side effects of tamoxifen in patients with more,but significant clinical effect,contribute to clinical outcomes and related indicators improvement.
