Process Logic Design and Application in Unattended Water Pumping Station

摘要 结合实例阐述了无人值守泵站的设计思路和实现方法,重点总结了多口水源井给蓄水罐补水的自控逻辑设计。实际应用表明,泵站经过无人值守改造后,现场去掉了值班人员29人、增加了维护人员2人,大幅度降低了泵站运营成本并提高了故障响应速度。 The design ideas and implementation methods of unattended pumping stations were de- scribed using an example. The self-control logic design of multiple water wells for the replenishment of water storage tank was summarized. The actual application showed that after the pumping station was transformed by unattended operation, the number of operators on duty reduced by 29 people, and the ma- intenance personnel increased by 2 people, which could significantly reduce the operating costs and in- crease the fault response speed.
