组织切片FISH技术在预测非肌层浸润性膀胱癌复发和进展的作用 被引量：8

摘要 目的 :探讨组织切片荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术在预测非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(NMIBC)复发和进展的作用。方法:收集36例NMIBC,经随访18例出现术后复发和4例出现进展。应用FISH技术检测膀胱癌组织切片中的染色体数目,分析3、7、17号染色体和9p21位点数目与肿瘤复发和进展的相关性。结果:复发组膀胱癌组织的3、7、17号染色体杂交信号数和染色体多倍体百分率均高于无复发组(P<0.05)。复发组较多出现9p21位点单个或双信号缺失。9p21和(或)3号染色体异常率高于无复发组(P<0.05)。进展组和无进展组膀胱癌组织的染色体杂交信号数相似(P>0.05)。两组间的多倍体百分率差异亦无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 :3、7、17号染色体和9p21位点数目异常可作为预测NMIBC复发的指标,组织切片FISH技术可应用于NMIBC复发风险的评估。
