基于Cape-Open标准的复杂精馏塔单元模块开发 被引量:3

摘要 精馏过程模拟计算是化工过程模拟的重要组成部分,其单元模块开发具有重要意义。为实现基于Cape-Open标准的复杂精馏单元,首先要定义复杂精馏塔的功能,建立精馏过程的数学模型,并根据新松弛法与三对角矩阵泡点法的联合算法建立其数学模型并完成相应的数学模型求解算法;其次,基于Cape-Open标准,采用C++语言与COM组件将数学模型、求解算法和用户界面分别封装到各自类中。最后,通过两组极性体系的精馏实例对所开发模块进行验证,分别经过10次迭代和7次迭代求解后达到收敛精度。将各塔板温度、汽液相组成等计算结果同过程模拟软件Aspen Plus对比、分析并得出结论。所开发的复杂精馏塔单元模块可以较好的计算塔内各平衡级的组成、流量和温度分布,表明该精馏单元模块所求得的结果是可靠的。 It is acknowledged that the calculation of distillation process is an important part of chemical process simulation,so the unit module development of distillation is of great significance. Above all, define the function of the complex distillation column, according to the new relaxation method combined with the triple diagonal matrix bubble-point method, the mathe- matical model is set up. In the next place, the distillation tower unit module is developed by COM component and C++ pro- gramming language on the basis of Cape-Open standard. By encapsulation in classes, we can separate solution algorithm from user interface. Finally, the simulation results two examples can be converged by the 10 times' iteration and 7 times' iteration which indicates that the profile of composition and temperature and flow rate of the equilibrium level in the tower make clear that the module is accurate and reliable.
